Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Woodalix Craft design and planning services. Because our work is custom and digital, refund eligibility depends on the stage your project has reached. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Nature of our services
Every Service is custom design and planning work, prepared specifically for your project and delivered as digital files. Because we begin spending time as soon as a project starts and digital deliverables cannot be returned, refunds are handled by clearly defined stages rather than as a blanket right of return.
2. Project stages at a glance

3. Deposits
Some projects require a deposit to reserve time and begin work. A non-refundable deposit of up to 30% of the project fee may apply, and where a deposit is described as non-refundable at booking, it remains non-refundable once accepted, because it secures your place in our schedule.
4. Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel while your project is still in the Booked stage, you are eligible for a refund of any amount paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated at booking.
5. Cancellation after work begins
If you cancel while your project is In progress, amounts covering work already completed are non-refundable. Where you prepaid a balance, the portion that reasonably corresponds to work not yet performed may be refunded at our discretion, based on the time and work already invested.
6. After final delivery
Once final Deliverables have been sent, the Service is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund, as the work has been performed and digital files cannot be returned.
7. Revisions are not refunds
Each Service includes one revision round to address reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope. Revision requests should be made within 14 days of delivery. Revisions are part of the Service and are not a substitute for, and do not extend eligibility for, a refund.
8. If you are not satisfied
If something in your Deliverables does not match the agreed scope, contact us within the revision window. Our first step is always to make it right through the included revision process. Most concerns can be resolved with a clear, scoped revision.
9. Situations outside our control
We cannot offer refunds for outcomes that depend on factors outside the planning work itself — including changes you make after delivery, inaccurate measurements or information you provided, how a plan is built or sourced, or decisions by third parties such as makers, contractors, or suppliers. 10. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@woodalixcraft.com with your name, the order or project reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2–3 business days and to review them promptly.
11. Refund method and processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days; the time for funds to appear in your account then depends on your bank or card provider.
12. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, with a revised "Last updated" date above, and apply to orders placed after the update.
